Dainas – translated from Latvian

This small but compact collection of just over 100 dainas has been translated into English by Latvian-born Velta Sniķere. With an academic background in philosophy, comparative religion and history, Sniķere, as the founding member of the British Wheel of Yoga has approached her collection with a unique perspective.
