The Court of Arbitration’s decision to reinstate Russia in international hockey tournaments is disgraceful. Every day, Russia murders innocent Ukrainians. Russia is committing genocide against Ukraine, and the Court of Arbitration has cravenly handed the Russians a propaganda victory. The Government of Canada has every authority necessary to ensure that Russian hockey teams are not allowed entry into Canada. The Ukrainian Canadian Congress (UCC) expects the Government of Canada to refuse to issue entry visas to Russian hockey teams.
