It’s Time to apply for IKF Fall Scholarships for Post-secondary Students

The LNAK Education and Culture Foundation awards Fall Scholarships to full-time Latvian students (under 30 years of age) living in Canada at accredited universities in Canada.
The candidate must be a Canadian citizen, be able to speak and write Latvian and the candidate or a parent must be a member of the LACC with paid dues for 2025.


You must apply for a scholarship using a special form:

When applying for the first time, you must enclose two written letters of reference from a public figure or teacher (other than a relative).
When reapplying for a scholarship, two written letters of reference are not required.


All applications must be accompanied by a transcript or copy of your final year of study.


The request, together with the necessary documentation, must be sent to the LNAC office by September 15, 2025(postmark or e-mail date).
Scholarships are granted based on grades and active participation in the Latvian community.
