Minister of Defence of Latvia Raimonds Bergmanis visits Ottawa and Toronto. The interaction between Latvia and Canada underlines the importance of NATO allies working closely together, especially in times of a growing threat to peace, security and democracy coming from Russia. The Baltic States and Poland are on the NATO front line. The presence of defensive battlegroups in these countries acts as a deterrent to the aggressive hybrid war being waged by the neighbour to the East.
Latvijas Aizsardzības ministrs Raimonds Bergmanis apciemo Otavu un Toronto. Tiek uzsvērta nepieciešamība Kanadas un Latvijas sadarbībai. Kā Kanadas latviešu jumtorganizācija LNAK atbalsta gan Kanadas, gan Latvijas bruņotos spēkus.
