The Latvian National Federation in Canada is delighted to be able to invite you to the following events on Saturday, April 5 at the Latvian Centre, Toronto. <\/p>\n
\u00b7 A chance to see the Oscar-winning Latvian animated adventure film “Flow” at 1:30 pm in Umurkumurs <\/p>\n
\u00b7 From 3:00 pm there will be a dessert table in the R\u012bga Hall featuring Ukrainian and Latvian offerings, with thanks to the “Future Bakery” for their support with the former. <\/p>\n
\u00b7 At 4:00 pm Robert Baines, President and CEO, NATO Association in Canada, will give a talk entitled: “Hold Fast: The Urgent Value of NATO to Canada and Latvia”, with a reception to follow.<\/p>\n
We are honoured to have the presence of the Ambassador of the Republic of Latvia to Canada, Kaspars Ozoli\u0146\u0161, and the Foreign Ministry of Latvia\u2019s Ambassador-at-large for the Diaspora, Zanda Grauze at our day-long event. <\/p>\n
No entrance charge has been set, but LNAK will welcome donations from $20 to help defray costs.<\/p>\n
